Responsibilities

  • General administrative tasks (mail, email, filing, correspondence)
  • Operating the switchboard as well as receiving and looking after visitors
  • Administrative support for the management and the outside sales team
  • Data maintenance in the ERP system
  • Written and telephone contact with international customers and suppliers
  • Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, and contracts
  • Purchasing and coordination with suppliers
  • Support in sales order processing, organization of transport, and preparation of customs and shipping documents
  • Invoicing for completed orders
  • Participation in marketing activities (reports, mailings, translations)
  • Support for sales promotion measures
  • Participation in the optimization of workflows in coordination with the supervisor

 

Qualifications

  • Several years of commercial professional experience as well as sound training or corresponding further education
  • Confident and efficient use of MS Office
  • Experience in a technical environment is an advantage
  • Structured, independent, and precise way of working, even with a high workload
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and open to new tasks and developments

Your Responsibilities

  • Product Management
  • Market and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities
  • Development of marketing initiatives

  • Quotation preparation and order processing

Polymechanic / Maintenance Mechanic

Your Responsibilities

  • Setting up production machinery and other technical equipment
  • Programming and machining parts in the CNC milling area
  • Manufacturing of individual parts, prototypes, and small series
  • Independent assembly of components according to parts lists and drawings
  • Performing quality controls
  • Calibrating measuring instruments
  • Maintenance, servicing, and repair work on installed production systems
  • Improving systems and production processes
  • Development and optimization of manufacturing methods
  • Support for various technical and manual tasks

  • Proficiency in using technical drawings, parts lists, and measuring equipment
  • Independent, meticulous, and quality-conscious way of working
  • Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented personality
