Cam roller guides from Dr. TRETTER AG use roller bearings. The carriages are made of anodized aluminum and have four rollers, two of which are mounted eccentrically for play adjustment. The rails are also made of anodized aluminum and have pressed-in steel shafts as a guide element. The rollers are designed so that they and the open carriage can be combined with customer-specific profiles for individual constructions. Rust-protected carriages and rails are available for corrosion-endangered applications. Optionally, a magnetic length measuring system for positioning tasks can be supplied for the 25 and 36 mm series, which can also be used in dirty environmental conditions. The repeat accuracy of the length measuring system is between +- 1 µm and +- 100 µm, depending on the resolution.

Our linear systems ensure reliable motion sequences even in the smallest of spaces.
